Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ - Please check the dates you book very carefully - we do not offer any refunds. This is a course of Pilates. Places are very limited & get booked up fast. If you have to miss a class, we can only offer you either a) a transfer to another class date in the SAME WEEK or b) a free class via email link to a pre-recorded session to make up for the one you've missed due to holidays or illness - so you don't miss out if you cannot attend another class in the same week. You cannot transfer over to a different week if you miss a class - please note, it is a paid up-front course. Be sure to attend your classes. It is your responsibility to make sure you can attend all your booked in for sessions. We do not give refunds.
